April Luncheon:
Utilizing HR Technology to Achieve Results

April 7, 2010
11:30-1:30pm

HR Technology is to Human Resources what calculators are to algebra and geometry. Without the automated tool, you are in for a time-consuming task or project. However, with automated solutions, you can complete projects in a fraction of the amount of time it has taken in the past with fewer or no mistakes. In addition, HR technology has become essential for compliance. The regulations being implemented are becoming more difficult to comply with unless you adopt a very sophisticated application to assist. By the end of this session, you will have information on many of the different systems that are available, how they work together; you will know the right questions to ask when looking at different tools and be able to determine what solutions would work best at your organization.
