October Luncheon: Productivity & Quality Gainsharing...
A High Performance Work System
October 6, 2010 11:30-1:30pm
The High Performance Gainsharing System is the most powerful system to improve the operating performance of an organization. It will forever change the behaviors and work practices of employees, at all levels of the organization. Vince will introduce the four major components of a High Performance Gainsharing System and then discuss how to effectively merge each component into a single system. The four major components are:
1. Identifying the critical business drivers called the Key Performance Indicators 2. Building an Employee Reward System (incentive pay) for exceeding the performance standards of the Key Performance Indicators 3. Creating a real-time, visual employee feedback system that simultaneously presents the operating performance and the earned rewards 4. Forming and training an appropriate number of High Performance Teams with a built-in accountability system
Vince will provide guests with actual Gainsharing Plan documents along with current case studies reflecting dramatic operating performance improvements.
**This program has been submitted for HRCI Credits.**
