EAP Best Practices and Health Care Cost Management

One of the most challenging parts of being a Supervisor or Human Resources Professional is dealing with employees on a personal level - as human beings with personal issues and problems they bring into the workplace. These problems impact not only the employee's individual work performance and productivity, but, if ignored, can affect the productivity and morale of the entire organization.
This timely program provides a fresh perspective on what to look for in an employee assistance program and increases subject matter expertise for your human resource and benefits team. It is also part of a training course approved by the Texas Department of Insurance.

This program is pre-approval for 1.50 recertification credit toward PHR, SPHR, and GPHR recertification through the Human Resource Institute (HRCI).  For more information about certification or recertification, please visit the HRCI homepage at www.hrci.org .
