Change Management Project Manager
2-3 month contract
-Core project management skills
-Organizational change management
-This person needs to be hands on with training,testing and communication
-Any experience in implementing new payroll or HR systems is a huge plus
As we kick into gear with a number of projects to improve process, procedures and create greater efficiencies, I want to reach out to you for assistance in identifying a strong candidate that would be able to PMO a number of our project initiatives that cross over functional disciplines. Ideally, this person would facilitate the improvement process of projects, enhance communication across functional roles and ensure on time service deliverables.
-Core project management experience
-Building and managing project templates
-Meeting management for projects and plan development
-Tracks action items, meeting notes, etc.
-Communications of project status
-PMP would be nice but not required
-Business skills across HR, Payroll, and Accounting functions
