SUMMARY: - GROWING client needs an HR Business Partner for one of their plants in Dallas, TX - Provide the full range of strategic and hands-on HR support to a non-union manufacturing facility of around 60 employees which will be doubling in size in 1-2 years - Promotional opportunities within the company

*Minimum Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS: - 4+ years of HR Generalist experience - Manufacturing industry experience - Non-union/union avoidance experience - High energy/A-player - Bachelor’s degree
