Be a part of the MCHRA - the Dallas/Fort Worth Mid-Cities’ most distinguished Human Resource professionals.

A proud Texas affiliate and recipient of the Society for Human Resource Management's (SHRM) Superior Merit Award and Pinnacle Award, membership is open to any individual working in the field of Human Resources, including professional, educational, consulting specialists, and full-time students working towards a degree in Human Resources.

The MCHRA serves HR professionals in North Texas primarily focusing on those in the Arlington, Grand Prairie, and surrounding Dallas/Fort Worth Mid-Cities areas. We offer high quality programming at reasonable rates as we strive to educate the local professional and advance the HR profession.

 

New to MCHRA Website:

Area Events – We have added a new page the MCHRA website which features area events.  These are events where you can gain, not only valuable information, but accumulate valuable HRCI credits.  If you have an event that you would like to feature on our website, please email to communications@mchra.org.  All events must be approved by the MCHRA Executive Committee prior to posting. 

Job Posting (only available to current members) – The MCHRA website now features local HR job openings.  This new page is only available to members who are logged into the website under the “Members Only” section.  If you have an opening you would like to post, please email to communications@mchra.org.  All listings must be approved by the MCHRA Executive Committee prior to positing.
