Formed in 1974 by area HR professionals, the MCHRA is a volunteer-led, professional organization dedicated to the advancement of the Human Resources profession.

A proud Texas affiliate of the Society for Human Resource Management, membership is comprised of all levels of HR practitioner, including leaders from the Dallas/Fort Worth business community, and full-time students. 

Membership is open to any individual working in the field of Human Resources, including professional, educational, consulting specialists, and full-time students working towards a degree in Human Resources.
