We are an award-winning affiliate chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management. Membership is open to any individual working in the field of Human Resources, including professional, educational, consulting specialists, and full-time students working towards a degree in Human Resources.

MCHRA serves HR professionals in North Texas primarily focusing on those in the Arlington, Grand Prairie, and surrounding Dallas/Fort Worth Mid-Cities areas. We offer high quality programming at reasonable rates as we strive to educate the local professional, advance the Human Resources profession, and contribute to the well being of our surrounding communities.

Calling all volunteer mentors!

MCHRA is once again providing mentors to UTA and to TCC's Southeast Campus for a variety of upcoming events.

Mock interviews will be held at TCC SE on November 5th from 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Mock interviews will be held at UTA on November 11, 12 and 13.  Time is TBA but usually runs from 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

"Etiquette 101: The Rules of Professional Engagement" will be held at TCC SE on November 14th from 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.  This will be a dining etiquette experience with a guest speaker. TCC is asking for volunteer mentors who can help attendees practice their networking skills (greeting, handshaking, exchanging business cards, etc.) at this event.
