SESSION 1
Staying Union-Free in 2010 and Beyond: Maintaining Positive Employee Relations in a Hostile Environment

SESSION 2
Practical Steps to Comply With a More Robust FMLA and ADA
Well, “robust” is putting it politely. Sweeping changes to the FMLA and ADA - including the EEOC proposed regulations - raise a host of compliance challenges for employers. We will cover how to lawfully manage injured or ill workers under these expanded statutory protections.

SESSION 3
OFCCP Enforcement - The New Rules: What Every Federal Contractor and Subcontractor Needs to Know About the Changed Affirmative Action Compliance Landscape
During the past year, the OFCCP has changed "the rules of the game." Employers playing by the old rules face huge monetary exposure when audited by the OFCCP. During this session, we will share the new rules and provide practical tips for dealing with the changed enforcement environment.

SESSION 4
How Employers Pay for Compensation Related Mistakes: Who is Making Claims and How
FLSA claims are on the rise, but agencies and lawyers are pursuing other compensation-related claims as well. Now is the time to identify the problem areas and address them.

SESSION 5
Now It Is My Problem: What You Need to Know Now About Immigration and Worksite Enforcement
ICE means business. The latest announcement of 1,000 new I-9 audits places all employers on notice of the need to be in compliance or face possible civil and criminal consequences.

SESSION 6
From Congress to the Courtroom: An Overview of the Recent Developments, Trends, and Anticipated Developments at the Federal and State Level
The Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act, the Civil Rights Act of 2008, the Equal Remedies Act, and the Employment Non-Discrimination Act are just a few recently enacted or proposed laws that will drastically change the employment litigation landscape for employers. In this session, we will discuss preventive strategies to protect your company from heightened employment litigation risks.
