Building Leaders:  How Successful Companies Engage in a Culture of Trust

To stay competitive in our fast-paced and uncertain business environments, it is critical that companies become agile by building leaders at every level - leaders who understand the impact their influence has on performance - leaders who inspire others because their behavior offers unquestionable evidence that they are trustworthy – leaders who lead within their sphere of influence at all levels of the organization.

Today, all employees need to be able to make decisions, collaborate with peers, think strategically, execute plans, and anticipate the need for change.  At the December MCHRA meeting, Joan will discuss practical insights and strategies for turning high-potential employees into engaged and trusted leaders. Joan’s focus is to help clients accelerate performance by promoting a culture of trust.  Her book, The Influence Matrix: Strategies for Engaging Others to Get Results, will be used as a foundation for this session.
