FEEDBACK THAT WORKS!
We are excited to welcome back Melissa Wood, who will give us another installment of FEEDBACK THAT WORKS!
Setting expectations should be the cornerstone of your coaching efforts, but are you clearly communicating expectations?
Research shows that one of the top reasons for lack of job satisfaction is communication issues with one’s manager/supervisor. Leaders often make incorrect assumptions that employees have all the information needed to follow through with the expectations, yet, if asked, the employee doesn’t agree. They seem to have a completely different picture about what is expected. This is an obvious disconnect, resulting in a failure to deliver on results, an exchange of blame, and damaged relationships.
In this presentation we will learn how to set clear expectations and ensure everyone is on the same page. Setting expectation is a universal coaching skill that leads to seamless communication and helps to overcome barriers.
Join us as we learn and grow together!
