WEBINAR FORMAT

(Link to be emailed the day before the meeting)

As in Decembers past, we will support our UTA SHRM chapter's Teddy bear drive for Project Hope, a DFW initiative providing Teddy bears and other stuffed animals to children and elderly in hospitals, shelters and nursing homes at Christmas. Rather than bringing our cuddly donations to an in-person meeting, all of our registration fees will be used to place an order of bears to be delivered to the drive organizer.

Thank you for your support!

Purpose Predicts Passion

In the year of the Great Resignation, the Big Quit, and Turnover Tsunami, lots of people – and organizations – are reassessing their purpose and realigning to what’s most important. Are we aligned with our purpose? Is our organization? Do we even know what our purpose is – especially if we still don’t know what we want to be when we grow up? Does our organization have a grasp on its purpose?

As we close out yet another unprecedented year, Shawn Storer, a recognized leader and influencer in the field of Learning and Development, will guide us through the process of reassessing our purpose. Shawn will lead us through a core values exercise, illuminating our individual purpose and helping us identify our passion.

As Shawn will help us see, we don’t necessarily have to become a part of the Turnover Tsunami in order to pursue our passion, but we do need to align our purpose and passion.

Let’s make 2022 the year that we prioritize our true passion. Let’s make it the year of personal, professional and organizational alignment.
