Speaker Bio for Mark Rapier

Over more than 40 years, Mr. Rapier has acquired a particular set of skills and experiences. These experiences across multiple industries and platforms allow him to provide valuable perspectives making him an essential and trusted guide. As a trusted advisor, Mr. Rapier works with C-suites, IT leadership, and business stakeholders to develop and execute effective digital transformation strategies and IT operating models. Mr. Rapier’s extensive experience includes working with global organizations with revenues ranging from $300M to $160B. Industry experience includes automotive, financial services, insurance, life sciences, logistics, retail, utilities, and US Public sector.

Those broad experiences provide Mr. Rapier with a unique perspective on leadership. He has worked with hundreds of leaders from all over the world and led global organizations with more than 1,500 team members. This experience and extensive research enabled Mr. Rapier to publish The Leader With A Thousand Faces (available on Amazon). The book describes the journey we all experience and gives perspectives to consider before you need the answers. The Leader’s Journey is a bi-weekly newsletter that appears on LinkedIn.

Mr. Rapier holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from The University of Texas at Austin. He lives in Arlington, Texas, and is an avid and below-average golfer.
