Finding & Enriching Staff for Growth:
T
eaching new skills, setting goals, and planning ahead

The great resignation. Low unemployment.  Lack of candidates. Recruiting nightmares.  We’re all aware of the trends in today’s business climate and they’ve certainly led to challenges.  Now more than ever we must prepare for the future by working with our employees to develop skills, encourage career goals, and promote learning.  We can’t lose sight of our current pool of talent while we lament difficulties in hiring.  We need to rethink how we utilize staff by encouraging our stars to shine and lay out an enticing future for the company and its employees.

Let’s discuss how career goals, upskilling and succession planning can help solve employment headaches.

Learning objectives:

·Identifying available talent

·Establishing career paths

·Preparing for new leadership
