About the Speaker
Lara has embraced Beryl’s unique culture while overseeing the human resources function. Her responsibilities include internal communication, recognition, recruitment, leadership training and taking care of the Beryl “family,” but she is most passionate about helping to create the kind of corporate culture that has earned Beryl repeated recognition as a great place to work. In addition to her daily duties, she provides insight into building a positive corporate culture to others through presentations and consulting services on behalf of Beryl.

Starting in March, all online reservation are due by noon on the Tuesday prior to the meeting. Online registration will be closed at that time. Attendees not registered online will be considered walk-in registrations and will be charged the guest rate of $35.
