All online reservation are due Monday prior to the meeting.  Online registration will be closed at that time.  Attendees  not registered online will be considered walk-in registrations and will be charged the guest rate of $35.

HR and Digital Forensics:  What You Don't Know Can Hurt You
 

If your company is involved in an employment dispute today would you have policies in place to protect the company against theft of data? Is any evidence you might recover admissible in court? Do you know if that employee leaving the company today is actually already on litigation hold? These questions can all be answered by attending this presentation.

About the Speaker

Malcolm Wells

Malcolm Wells is currently a Partner Development Director for ATScloud, a cloud computing services provider.  Prior to ATScloud, Malcolm worked in the telecommunications, data networking, and, most recently, legal industries.  During that time, he held certifications as a software trainer, Certified Computer Examiner, and Texas Licensed Private Investigator.  He has been involved in several cases of intellectual property theft.  He graduated from The University of North Texas and is active with Captain Hope’s Kids, an organization helping meet the critical needs of homeless children in north Texas.
