About the Speaker - Kimer Moore

Kimer Moore, MBA, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned HR and Total Rewards executive with more than 25 years of experience leading complex organizational change across global and multi-industry environments. She is the founder of Capriccio HR Consulting, where she provides strategic guidance in compensation, benefits, performance management, and HR transformation. Kimer has a strong track record of designing market-competitive, compliant Total Rewards programs that support business growth while managing cost and operational efficiency. Known for her ability to lead in fast-paced and ambiguous environments, she is a trusted advisor to executives and boards. Her background spans healthcare, technology, retail, real estate, telecommunications, and services organizations. Kimer is also a passionate advocate for the HR profession and has held numerous leadership roles within DallasHR, Texas SHRM, Mid-Cities and the greater Texas HR community.
