In this role you will service as a primary customer contact in an inbound service center environment (ticketing system, phone and email) utilizing knowledge base and case management tools to assist customers in completing their human resource transactions. This is a great opportunity to get your foot into HR. Hybrid Working Arrangement - office 1 day per week with team onsite in Irving and remainder work remotely.
Interact with customers to answer questions and provide assistance in completion Human resources transactions
Use knowledge base to answer customer inquiries
Input, update and retrieve information from various HRIS systems
Provide high touch customer service that meets expected service levels and business performance goals.
Coach employees in the use of self-service.
Support the integrity of employee records.
Perform transactional work to resolve customer inquiries initiated from emails / phone / mail.
Answers all Tier 1 Human Resources, Benefit and Payroll related questions and assign inquiries to appropriate functional specialists if not resolved at first contact.
Works collaboratively within a team to share ideas, ownership, and accountability.
Strong customer service skills
Demonstrates strong attention to detail and organization
Basic knowledge of general human resource practices is a plus, but doesn't require prior HR experience
Ability to multi-task in a high volume setting
Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and HR Service Center team member
