3) Wellness Program – the whole approach to wellness: Health & Fitness, Money & Prosperity, Growth & Development, Contribution & Community
4) Employee Training & Development
5) Recruiting, Hiring, New Hire Orientation and Onboarding
6) HRIS and Payroll – work with Paychex and within the Paychex system
7) On an ongoing basis, as part of your role:
- Look at each function and task strategically.
- Look for new opportunities to improve and work smarter.
- Bring forth new ideas.
- As the opportunity presents itself, review documents, tasks, and functions across the company for areas of improvement and where HR can have a positive impact.
8) Other Duties needed and assigned such as but not limited to:
- Wage and child support garnishments
- Employment Verification and Wage Forms
- Employee Referral Program
- Energy Credit Program
- Keep Asana updated with main projects and tasks
- Annual total comp information
- HR budget information for consideration
- OSHA Form 300 for each state
- Workers Compensation for each state
- Handle Non-exempt employee complaints and investigations
9) Professional HR development:
- Must attend at least two (2) offsite seminars, conferences, etc. annually.
- Must attend at least three (3) virtual seminars annually
