HR Certification Facilitator/Instructor - Casual Part-Time - Addison, TX

We are recruiting for an HR Facilitator/Instructor to teach HRCI and SHRM Exam Preparation offerings in the Dallas Metroplex. The HR Facilitator/Instructor is responsible for leveraging their Human Resources expertise to deliver education services to students through:
* Preparing course plans and materials
* Preparing, delivering, and updating course content
* Monitoring student progress/attendance
* Advising students
* Recording and submitting grades
Our HR Facilitators/Instructors are experienced professionals and/or instructors whom have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in their area of specialization with broad based HR experience and bring real life experiences to enhance the learning experience. They meet rigorous quality criteria and have depth of knowledge, passion about Human Resources and sharing it with people, and the ability to adapt and communicate effectively.
The HR Facilitator/Instructor must be HRCI or SHRM certified and have a minimum of 5 years progressive experience across multiple HR disciplines. Previous teaching experience is preferred and the successful candidate will be dynamic presenter and passionate about sharing experiences. This is a part-time, contract position that requires evenings and weekends availability for multiple consecutive weeks to complete a program. Successful candidates must be authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship.
