    We are looking for a Benefits/HR Coordinator. This position will coordinate and support various HR programs with emphasis in Benefits administration. Our office is located in Ft. Worth TX., near DFW airport.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

    Benefits

    • Serves as go to person for benefits
    • Responsible for COBRA and Leave of Absence Administration
    • Coordinates Annual Open Enrollment, distribution of plan summary materials and required notices, communicates changes to employees, processes changes within deadlines
    • New hire enrollment, ensures that all required paperwork for new hires, transfers, and promotions is completed, ensures that all I-9s are correctly completed in a timely manner and retained properly
    • Serves as a liaison between insurance carrier and employees
    • Reconciles monthly insurance billing


    Backup for Payroll

    • Serves as backup to the Payroll position using ADP
    • Provides support and training for the Time and Attendance system
    • Maintains up-to-date employment records and enters information into ADP

    General

    • Understands and communicates human resources policies and benefits
    • Maintains all employee personnel and benefit files with accuracy and confidentiality
    • Trains employees on new policies as required
    • Other duties as assigned

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Ability to use good judgement and maintain strict confidentiality
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability and desire to interact with all levels of management, employees, and vendors
    • Ability to work independently and to prioritize workload to meet deadlines 
    • Resourceful, well organized and dependable
    • Knowledge of COBRA, FMLA, ACA and HIPPA regulations
    • Knowledge of Labor Laws
    • Ability to multi-task


    REQUIRED SKILLS:

    • Minimum 2 years of HR/Benefits experience
    • Some college preferred
    • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • ADP experience is a plus
    • California or other Multi-state experience is a plus
