    About the Role
    We are looking for a versatile Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead the strategy, development, design and management of the talent acquisition programs and the candidate experience at the Dallas Fed. This role is critical in advancing the Bank’s strategy to attract, develop and retain superb and diverse talent, ensuring a segmented approach to talent acquisition that reflects the varied talent and recruiting needs of the organization.

    You Will
    • Lead the development of a segmented (experienced, entry level/college, interns, high school, exempt/non-exempt) and contemporary talent acquisition strategy
    • Partner with talent management and business leaders on buy/build/borrow needs of the organization and provide leading solutions for recruiting and targeted sourcing
    • Collaborate with human resources team and leadership to implement talent acquisition initiatives ensuring a differentiated recruitment experience that provides a competitive advantage to the Bank
    • Design and develop a great candidate experience from the online presence, to application, screening, interview, selection, offer and onboarding that reflects the Bank’s culture
    • Ensure a process that monitors and tracks the return on investment (ROI) of all sourcing activities to make recommendations on sourcing strategies
    • Develop and track leading metrics to enhance performance of all talent processes and provide data to continually improve performance of the talent acquisition team
    • Build and maintain a strategy that leverages current and emerging technologies, and utilizes targeted candidate assessment tools and data

    You Will Bring


    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or other related field of study preferred
    • Ten years of relevant experience in a talent acquisition role and/or human resources
    • Three plus years management and leadership experience
    • Professional certifications in talent acquisition, sourcing and/or human resources from reputable organizations or associations within the human resources and talent acquisition field preferred
    • Experience in the utilization of assessments and technology in the sourcing and recruitment of superb talent
    • Experience with leading a high performing talent acquisition team
    • Equivalent education and/or experience may be substituted for any of the above requirements
