    How This Role Makes a Difference

    You champion our culture and create a great experience for those who want to work, grow, and build a career with us.   By creating a pipeline of great candidates for our outbound call centers, and guiding these candidates successfully through our hiring process, you provide the talent that enables us to deliver on the Triple Aim.  Reporting to the Talent Leader, this new role (aka Talent Genie) owns the recruiting cycle for hourly call center and other operations positions, from receipt of requisition to generation of an offer. This is not a remote-based position – we want you to be an active part of the community you will grow.

    Some examples of results you will deliver in this role include:

    • Ensure our hiring activity meets forecast and service level expectations
    • Develop recruitment strategies using various sourcing techniques and approaches, including job advertising, open houses, and everything in-between
    • Develop a network of people and groups to feed a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
    • Screen candidates for capabilities and culture and guide hiring Supervisors through the interview and selection process while keeping candidates engaged
    • Develop offers aligned with approved guidelines
    • Manage requisition and candidate data in the applicant tracking system so that information is current and accurate
    • Collaborate with HR partners and other business leaders to facilitate a positive onboarding process for our new employees

You are a motivated self-starter who is equally comfortable working independently and as part of a team. You develop lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. You also bring the following experiences that have shaped the super-power that is you:

    • 2 years of solid, successful high-volume recruitment experience
    • Proven track record of developing and executing a variety of approaches to successfully source talent in a high-volume environment
    • Good eye for talent with ability to quickly screen resumes and assess candidates to identify fit
    • Sharp interview skills with ability to screen for both functional and cultural-fit qualities
    • Comfort using data to support recruitment recommendations and your own performance
