JOB POSTING #2042 TITLE: Learning & Development Manager (hybrid role) INDUSTRY: Manufacturing LOCATION: Irving, TX COMPENSATION: depends on experience RELOCATION: Local candidates preferred WELL ESTABLISHED and GROWING company is looking for a Learning and Development (L&D) Manager to help take their L&D function to the next level.

Duties/Responsibilities

SUMMARY: - This is an individual contributor role that will be a key member of the company’s L&D team - Will design, develop, and implement a variety of learning processes/programs

Minimum Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in L&D and/or talent management - Strong strategic experience designing, developing, leading, communicating, and implementing various L&D and/or talent management initiatives, projects and processes - Very knowledgeable of Instructional design, adult learning theory, and learning technologies - Experience with companies of 5,000 or more employees - Bachelor’s degree
